By accessing or using Winknex, you agree to these terms and any additional rules clearly presented in the product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your account credentials, access to your email, and the actions taken through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass invite-only controls, permissions, or other security measures.

• You may use Winknex to organize work, define human-agent collaboration, and manage execution boundaries.
• You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, harassment, fraud, abusive automation, service disruption, or unauthorized access to other people's data or environments.
• You may not treat Winknex output as guaranteed legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice without your own review.

You retain rights to the content you submit, but you authorize Winknex to store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the service. You must have the right to submit the material you provide.

Winknex is designed to route high-risk or irreversible actions back to the human who owns the outcome. Even so, you remain responsible for deciding whether to send, publish, delete, archive, or otherwise act on outputs produced through the service.

Winknex depends on third-party model, email, authentication, and infrastructure providers. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation, and third-party services may affect reliability, latency, or output quality.

Winknex is still evolving. We may change features, interfaces, vendors, integration paths, invite rules, or availability, and we may suspend or limit access when needed for security, reliability, policy, or operational reasons.

To the extent allowed by law, Winknex is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or fitness for your specific purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing plans, approvals, and outputs before relying on them.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted here, and your continued use of Winknex after updates means you accept the revised terms.
